Creating "A Garden's Tale"

 

"A Garden's Tale" was created to be an educational, yet fun short story about a curious garden 

that children will enjoy reading and learning from. I worked many years as an occupational therapist 

in the public schools helping children improve their writing and focusing abilities. It was during that time 

that I discovered what motivated children to read as well as learn new skills.

 

I have incorporated these into "A Garden's Tale". The story has an interesting plot that pulls a 

child into the story. The worksheets included are enjoyable to do while improving a child's 

writing, visual perception and attention to detail. Adults have also found the story entertaining, 

especially if they love to garden!

 

I hope everyone has as much pleasure reading about this curious garden as I had writing it!
